How does a user exercise oAU?

For example, let’s say a Legionnaire has 1000 oAU as a reward from their performance in the Salt Wars. They can pay 500 AU worth of MNT to redeem 1000 AU. In this scenario, the effective yield is 500 AU.

Note: oAU uses a time-weighted average price oracle so you should take care when redeeming by checking the market-sell price of any redeemed AU before finalizing any redemption if you plan on recouping your purchase cost.

When redeeming, the amount paid to obtain your $AU, called a premium, would be used to either buy back AU or to pair with AU in the treasury to deepen liquidity.

Contributing to a more robust and sustainable ecosystem

By adopting oAU, you not only benefit yourself but also contribute to building a more robust and sustainable ecosystem on Aurelius.

Through the implementation of oAU, Aurelius can route , promoting sustainable growth, and even those who farm and dump indirectly support the token and deepen liquidity while redeeming their rewards.
